Once we receive yourorder, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Hostfish’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. If Hostfish cancels an order after you have already been billed, Hostfish will refund the billed amount.

If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Hostfish to resolve.
The Hostfish Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

These guidelines are for Hostfish licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, and other parties wishing to use Hostfish’s trademarks, service marks or images in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their web sites, products, labels, or packaging. The goodwill derived from using any part of an Hostfish trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Hostfish. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these Guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please talk to your Hostfish representative or submit your query to Hostfish’s Trademark Department.
